NexGTv, a Digivive flagship, is a leading subscription service for watching Live TV. The app allows you to watch everything on the TV live on the mobile app. From news to entertain and movies, you can bring a range of channels from your TV on to your mobile with NexGTv.
The app that came to us already existed in the market and the number of changes that had to be made, to make it better, were the ones that could affect user experience. We had to ensure that a gap was maintained between the release cycles, to come across as an app that is updating instead of one that is under maintenance.
We came to Appinventiv with an app that was already launched in the app stores but had a number of glitches that needed to be worked on. With a readymade layout, they had a very little scope to play around.

Our first task was to create a new set of wireframes with the designs of how the app was going to look like. Next, we had to make the app's concurrency time much higher than it was.
Our design structure was a blend of the brand elements of NextGTv and usage of white space to make it easier for the users of varied age brackets to interact with the app.
We started with changing the app's base with an updated technology stack to ensure that the concurrency time was high. A constant look out was maintained on how the users are interacting with the app, amidst every change that we were making with the app.
The revised end product that we received was an app that had a high concurrency rate and a higher than ever before app session time, hinting towards the transformed app UX. It was at the back of these factors, that NexGTv is now a 24 million user base application.
